In 2014, Mr. CondoSchmondo and I renovated our first fixer upper! It was a small condo near downtown Madison, WI. The walls were concrete, which made it our most difficult renovation yet.

We also hadn’t invested in a decent camera yet, so I apologize that some of these are fuzzy!
