We bought a duplex in my husband’s hometown in Mississippi. We got it for a great price, and have been so excited to see this old Southern historic home come back to life. The project has been a little more time consuming (and expensive!) than we expected, but think it should be worth it in the end.

Pretty soon we’ll be ready for a new coat of paint. Can’t cover up the forest green trim color fast enough.
