We are continuing to manage our Mississippi duplex renovation from Wisconsin. Although there are days of  massive stress, we are so glad that Mr. CondoSchmondo’s brother (who lives in town) is able to help manage this project. We truly couldn’t do this without family’s  help!

Here’s what the living room on the one-bedroom unit looked when we bought it. Don’t you just love the black ceiling track?

 

Now it’s starting to get some of its old Southern charm back. Raising the ceilings and painting the walls made a huge impact!

 

The project should be completed in a couple of weeks. I’ll post a full house tour once it’s done. Exciting!
