The Mississippi project has been going on for about 5 months and is about $20,000 over budget. Because we’re so far over budget, I am feeling extra motivated to make some extra cash in side hustles.

Rental Property (Condo 2) Cash Flow: $775 Rent – $38.75 Management Fee – $170 Condo Fee – $345.70 Mortgage = $220.55

Ebay Sales: Sold 7 items = $292.98

Blogging: $0
